Production

High technological requirements for the production of aluminum parts in the automotive industry, reflected in the design and multifunctionality of die casting tools, required us to equip our production line with cutting-edge numerically-controlled machining centres:

• 3-axis and 5-axis machining centres for high-precision contour processing
• CNC sink and wire EDM
• 4-axis and 5-axis grinding machining centres
• Tool assemblies using a die spotting press
• 3D measuring machines (CMM) and optical scanner to elaborate measurement protocols for manufactured parts and assemblies

All of the above allows us to produce the most complex aluminum die casting tools up to 1,800 mm x 1,400 mm in size and weighing up to 14 tonnes, as well as precise single and small series products.
