Design and technology

We use the following software for design and technology:

CAD: Catia V5-6R2016, CREO 5.0
CAM: hyperMILL v.2018.2, Tebis V4.0 R6
Casting simulation: ProCast V13.5

The high-tech process begins with designing the product and ends with the delivery of a precise casting mold. We use the latest CAD/CAM systems and software for numerical flow analysis, that not only enable 3D model development and programming of 5-axis numerical machines, but also ensure that all customer specifications are taken into account, including 3D measurement reports of the final product using the GOM ATOS Triple Scan III system.
